Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Demand Generation Agent to join our South African demandgeneration team in Cape Town.
This role is perfect for an ambitious telemarketing agent / cold-calling enthusiast who thrives under pressure and enjoys the challenge of hitting targets.
Reporting to the Demand Generation Team Manager, you will focus on executing multiple B2 Bclient campaigns requiring daily cold-calling, demonstrating excellent rapport-building skills,gaining answers to important questions and general lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities Demand Generation• Execute high-volume cold-calling campaigns to generate qualified leads• Meet and exceed personal monthly sales targets and KPIs• Qualify leads effectively and manage campaign delivery quotas: delivering on pace• Demonstrate excellent rapport-building and cold-calling expertise to quickly generatemarketing qualified leads (MQLs).• Show enthusiasm and a can-do attitude towards all campaigns and encourage thisattitude within the team Data Management & Quality Assurance• Demonstrate confident Excel skills to maintain good data practices keeping recordsaccurate and formatted correctly.• Perform quality checks on lead data to ensure accuracy and completeness• Map data to approved values with strong attention to detail• Verify job titles, company names, and contact information for accuracy• Utilise lead verification tools to maintain data integrity standards• Update CRM systems with prospect interactions and lead status Client & Team Collaboration• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights• Provide regular updates on individual performance and campaign status• Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs• Follow established processes and procedures for consistent delivery Essential Requirements Experience• Minimum 1+ years of continuous employment with one employer demonstratingstability and commitment with B2 B outbound cold-calling experience in one of yourtwo most recent roles• Proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs• B2 B lead generation or demand generation experience preferred• Experience working in a target-driven, high-pressure sales environment• Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet challenging quotas Technical Skills• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills including basic formulas and data manipulation• Microsoft Office 365 working knowledge• Some CRM experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or • Communication tools familiarity (Slack, Zoom, Teams)Core Competencies• Strong attention to detail• Excellent verbal communication skills with confident phone presence• Ability to work with data across multiple applications for multiple campaigns• Multi-tasking capabilities to manage various prospects and activities simultaneously• Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and objections Ideal Candidate Qualities Performance Attributes• Target-Driven: Genuinely enjoys the challenge and pressure of hitting ambitious targets• Competitive Spirit: Thrives in competitive environments and motivated by achievement• Persistent: Demonstrates resilience and determination in overcoming obstacles• Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and works effectively with minimal supervision Personal Characteristics• Results-focused with passion for exceeding goals Private & Confidential ׀ Prospect Base UK Ltd.
