We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will take the lead in building our brand and telling our story to both clients and candidates.
About the Role The Marketing Manager is a critical part of Kula’s growth strategy, working to amplify our reach and reputation in key markets.
You will own the end-to-end marketing function , blending strategy with hands-on execution to create measurable impact.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take initiatives from idea to implementation with finesse.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Strategic Marketing Planning Align marketing efforts with the unique needs of our client personas (HR teams, business leaders) and candidate audiences.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

Brand Management Maintain and evolve Kula’s brand identity , ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and offline channels.
3.
Campaign Management Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns , including email, paid search, social media, and webinars.
Craft targeted campaigns for European markets that highlight Kula’s expertise in staffing solutions.
Collaborate with external partners for paid media and PR activities to boost visibility.
4.
Content Creation and Management Lead content strategy with a focus on value-driven materials , including: Blog posts Case studies Client testimonials Whitepapers Social media graphics and posts Partner with the recruitment and sales teams to create custom sales enablement materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, and video testimonials.
5.
Digital Marketing Optimization Manage and optimize digital marketing channels , including Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and paid advertising platforms.
Conduct regular SEO audits and improve Kula’s visibility on search engines.
Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions.
6.
Events and Community Building Organize Kula’s participation in trade shows , recruitment fairs , and networking events.
Create and promote virtual events (e.g., webinars and panel discussions) to engage both clients and candidates.
7.
Partnerships and PR Build strategic partnerships with European agencies and industry associations to expand Kula’s network.
Oversee media relations and manage PR efforts to ensure Kula’s voice is represented in key publications.
Qualifications and Skills Required Skills Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience : Minimum 6 years in marketing , ideally within the recruitment, staffing, or professional services industries.
Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Word Press , Google Analytics , and social media platforms (Linked In Ads, Meta Ads).
Strong understanding of SEO and content management systems.
Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM tools like Hub Spot.
Soft Skills : Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.
