Where Will You Fit In?
As the Marketing Lead for RSAWEB Business, based in our Cape Town office, you will report directly to the Head of Enterprise and collaborate with Sales Managers in Cape Town and Johannesburg. You will drive RSAWEB Business marketing initiatives and work to align strategies with the business’s overall sales goals. This is a key position where your contributions will directly impact the success and growth of RSAWEB Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies and campaigns with RSAWEB Business objectives.
- Contribute to developing RSAWEB Business’ Annual Marketing Plan through market research, identifying target areas, pricing, and creating new promotions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the RSAWEB Business team for effective marketing execution.
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects and activities in alignment with RSAWEB Business goals.
- Oversee the production of branded items and marketing collateral, ensuring inventory management, timely production, and financial tracking.
- Conduct competitive market research, evaluating product characteristics, pricing, and market share to provide actionable insights.
- Track, analyze, and summarize sales and marketing data to prepare regular marketing reports.
- Monitor the progress of RSAWEB Business’ marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the annual marketing plan and key stakeholder expectations.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring proper alignment with forecasts and actual results.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate is essential. Tertiary qualification in marketing (Diploma or Degree) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or project management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies and projects.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers, customers, and Fibre Network Operators.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service and achieving results.
- Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans , with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
