Job Description:

Supervise team members.
Effective shop floor planning.
Spare parts control.
Continuous development of artisans and assistant on all plant equipment.

Job Requirements:

Grade 12 and NQF Level 6 qualification Mechanical Engineering.
Qualified Millwright/ Fitter.
Minimum 3-5 years plant equipment maintenance with a

press and assembly experience in the automotive manufacturing environment.
Extensive knowledge on Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

Knowledge required:
Full ability to understand all hydraulic/pneumatic & mechanical drawings pertaining specifically to plant machinery.
Control/pressure relief/safety hydraulic valve experience.
Quality specifications and systems.
Rigging.
Basic engineering repair knowledge.
Computer literate.
Hydraulic/ mechanical seal knowledge or application.
Torquing of bolts and nut.
Presenting and writing reports.
Discipline and grievance procedures.
