Established Manufacturing Company in Pretoria North is seeking an experienced and skilled Screen Printer Operator

Requirements:
· Extensive knowledge and experience in making positives……this is the foundation.
· Extensive knowledge and experience in Making screens – stretching of mesh, etc.
· Exposing and developing screens.
· Screen maintenance.
· Knowing what type of mesh must be used to obtain certain/specific finishes. – using capillary film.
· Setup and knowledge on how to set up automatic carousel machine.
· Knowledge how to screen work with plastisol, pvc ,pu and silicone.
· Knowledge how to mix to obtain certain colours.
· How to store liquids for longer shelf life.
· Prepare to work longer hours when production is running.
· Meeting tight deadlines – planning according to deadlines – time management
· Limit raw material wastage during manufacturing process
· Work according to strict specifications and standard operating procedures that were recorded during initial setup and implementation.
· Must be able to keep budget, time, and production constraints in mind.
· Must be able to prepare mock-ups to present to customer before deciding on the final design/concept.
· Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
· Ability to work from verbal/written instructions.
· Must be able to monitor & manage the production process.
· Must have good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
· Must be dynamic and able to work well in a team and independently.
· Must be able to take instructions and apply own initiative within company guidelines.
· Must have a stable work record.
· Must have own reliable transport.
· Must be able to start immediately.
· Preferably reside within Pretoria North or its surrounding areas.
