Minimum skills and knowledge required:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science and/or equivalent.
- Technical tertiary training and/or experience.
- Minimum 2 years of injection moulding machine setting experience.
- Physically fit and willing to work shifts and/or overtime,
- Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic background beneficial.

Key performance areas:
- Machine start-up, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Tool changes.
- Ensure mould safety.
- OEE settings and input/optimization.
- Weekend shutdown.
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards.
- Knowledge and adherence to H&S procedures and regulations.
