Key Responsibilities:
Setting up of project requirements and
Scope
Manage multiple complex projects at the same
Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer
Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and
Task delegation, tracking and
Management of the engineering
Interaction with
Site visits and
Strongly focused in project management and design from conception to completion.
Strong design and mechanical, structural analysis competency including
Supervise both mechanical engineers and draftsman both within their own project scope as well as others.
Ability to conduct structural analysis on chassis design

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

Bachelors degree in mechanical
5 years work experience in relevant field of engineering and
2 years experience working as a lead
CAD experience (Solidworks).
Work using a product management system (Team Centre).
Hands on experience with mining logistics
Proficient in office products such as teams, excel and word.
