Job & Company Description:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, youll take the lead on the full HVAC design and implementation processfrom concept to closeouton high-profile building projects. Youll oversee engineering design, documentation, procurement, site supervision, and project management, while ensuring both technical and commercial success. The role also includes exposure to wet services and fire engineering disciplines and requires excellent coordination with clients and internal teams.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- B. Eng., B. Sc. Eng., or B. Tech. Eng. (Mechanical)
- 7+ years of consulting engineering experience in building services
- 2+ years of post-registration experience (Pr. Eng. or Pr. Tech Eng.)
- Proven HVAC design experience, especially on

data centre projects
- Proficiency in HVAC software (HAP, IES, etc.) and Revit/BIM360
- Experience with wet services and fire engineering advantageous
- Strong communication and technical report-writing skills
- Solid project management, costing, and BOQ formulation abilities
- Site supervision and troubleshooting on mechanical installations
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel if required
