This is an excellent growth opportunity for a Junior Mechanic to learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain air brake systems on large and heavy vehicles
SALARY: From R8 000 for junior mechanics, depending on experience
Up to R18 000 for senior air brake techs depending on skill level
LOCATION: Jacobs, Durban South, KZN
CRITERIA:
Possess some mechanical skills to work with various brake system components
Have some understanding of how the service brake, parking brake, and emergency brake systems work together using compressed air.
Have some understanding of the importance of air pressure and the correct pressure levels
Able to identify and solve problems that can cause brake failure or poor performance.
Is willing to learn and grow within the company.
Valid Driver’s License and experienced driver
