Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition leader who can drive innovative hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience while leading a high-performing recruitment team.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Job Creation Team, business leaders, and Operations Management to understand hiring needs.
- Analyze job role mechanics to optimize recruitment strategies.
Define & Implement Hiring Processes (Direct Hire & Program-Based Recruitment)
- Design data-driven recruitment strategies to streamline hiring and improve efficiency.
- Own and manage local compensation rates for hires.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Work with Marketing to develop a compelling Talent Acquisition marketing & communications strategy (Job Ads, Brochures, Social Media, etc.).
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to build talent pipelines.
- Establish partnerships with universities, bootcamps, and professional bodies to access emerging talent.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities, career fairs, and industry events to promote Talent Match Africa.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Ensure clear communication & transparency throughout the hiring journey.
- Implement a structured offer & onboarding process (Employment Contracts, Acceptance).
- Define an exceptional Day 1 experience for our TMA Academy Program hires.
Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics:
- Cost to Hire
- Time to Hire
- Recruitment Funnel Success Rates
- Continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team .
- Ensure recruitment efforts align with direct hiring and program cohort budget forecasts .
Who You Are:
- Highly experienced in Talent Acquisition (high-volume hiring preferred).
- Strong Project Management & HR knowledge.
- Skilled in developing & executing sourcing strategies .
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency & innovation .
- Adept at managing multiple recruitment channels and employer branding.
- Strong stakeholder management skills—able to collaborate across teams.
- Willing to travel for industry events, networking, and recruitment activities.
