Talent Acquisition Manager

Are you a strategic and data-driven Senior Recruitment Manager with a passion for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent? We’re looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition leader who can drive innovative hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience while leading a high-performing recruitment team.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Collaborate with the Job Creation Team, business leaders, and Operations Management to understand hiring needs.
  2. Analyze job role mechanics to optimize recruitment strategies.

Define & Implement Hiring Processes (Direct Hire & Program-Based Recruitment)

  1. Design data-driven recruitment strategies to streamline hiring and improve efficiency.
  2. Own and manage local compensation rates for hires.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  1. Work with Marketing to develop a compelling Talent Acquisition marketing & communications strategy (Job Ads, Brochures, Social Media, etc.).
  2. Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to build talent pipelines.
  3. Establish partnerships with universities, bootcamps, and professional bodies to access emerging talent.
  4. Identify and secure speaking opportunities, career fairs, and industry events to promote Talent Match Africa.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  1. Ensure clear communication & transparency throughout the hiring journey.
  2. Implement a structured offer & onboarding process (Employment Contracts, Acceptance).
  3. Define an exceptional Day 1 experience for our TMA Academy Program hires.

Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  1. Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics:
  2. Cost to Hire
  3. Time to Hire
  4. Recruitment Funnel Success Rates
  5. Continuously refine strategies based on data insights.

Leadership & Team Management

  1. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team .
  2. Ensure recruitment efforts align with direct hiring and program cohort budget forecasts .

Who You Are:

  1. Highly experienced in Talent Acquisition (high-volume hiring preferred).
  2. Strong Project Management & HR knowledge.
  3. Skilled in developing & executing sourcing strategies .
  4. Data-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency & innovation .
  5. Adept at managing multiple recruitment channels and employer branding.
  6. Strong stakeholder management skills—able to collaborate across teams.
  7. Willing to travel for industry events, networking, and recruitment activities.
