Minimum Qualifications and Skills Needed:
B. Eng. or

B. Tech. in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering
Minimum 10 years working experience
Automotive/ Vehicle design and project management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating the execution of their teams tasks to ensure the timeliness and quality of the required deliverables.
Interacting with clients to determine and understand their requirements and ensure they are met.
Developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals
Lead, control and support the overall product development activities across functions form conceptualization during production and customer support
Mentoring, motivating and efficiently utilizing assigned team members to achieve project goals.
Reporting to Senior Management and customers regarding project schedule, budget performance, Risk, and Issue mitigation planning, etc.
Execute development programs from start to production flawlessly
Execute development programs within budget and on time
Support engineering talent development
