With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for anything and everything Apple. We are looking for Technicians to join our team in a flexible capacity, working either 4 or 5 days a week. Our i Store Technical Support Technicians are a combination of technically strong individuals with great people skills. Your role would be to provide technical support to i Store customers through troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and software support. You will also provide training and assistance to i Store customers when required, along with delivering exceptional and professional support service.
