This one is an extremely pivotal role in this growing and ambitious agency:

Managing a medium sized team to ensure excellence in output for a range of large-scale conferences and exhibitions, primarily in the tech space, as well as contributing to a positive culture.

Resourcing of projects will also be a focus, as well as integrating freelancers into the team as required, working closely with clients and being the point of escalation.

What our client is looking for:

• You are a B2 B Specialist who has delivered conferences at scale for some of the world's largest brands and have overseen complex expo stands be designed, planned and delivered at the largest Expos in the world (e.g. MWC, Web Summit).
• You have proven experience in managing a permanent and freelance team of at least 20 people across varying levels of experience.
• Operational excellence is key to what you do and you have proven effective ways of working and processes.
• You have exceptional live event delivery experience at the highest standard of output.
• Immaculate planning and pre-production knowledge, working seamlessly with creative and production teams.
• You are an inspiring department lead as well as being a delivery team linchpin when needed.
• You have immaculate commercial knowledge and experience managing large client budgets £3m+ as well as having a strong understanding of agency commercials and profitability mechanics.
• You will have a strong network of contacts within the B2 B space.

● London based, with three days in the office and two from home.
