Undergraduate Degree (preferably in a field linked to Mining and/or Construction)
Post-graduate Degree in Business Management
A minimum of ten (10) years in Earthmoving Equipment or related industries, such as capital equipment, diversified equipment or industrial industries
A minimum of five (5) years of experience running businesses with direct Proft & Loss and Balance Sheet responsibility
A proven track record of devising, implementing and achieving corporate goals is required
Responsibilities will include
Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organisation
Work with direct reports and the Management team to devise and implement departmental goals and continually drive the team to adhere to excellence in all phases of the business
Ensure that the operations of the company meet the expectations of its clients, Board and Shareholders
