Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To develop and maintain campaign models in line with business requirements, fit for purpose and ensure that they perform at optimal levels. Build code for model production in order to minimise runtime (e.g., models that execute in real time, where system allows for it). Build in sufficient error handling processes when putting models into production. Develop new models (e.g., propensity, churn, micro segmentation, contact-ability, response, etc.) for campaign analytics that deliver value and/or improve on prior model.
Qualifications
- BSc Hons Mathematical Sciences/Statistics
- Honours Degree (Advantageous)
Experience Required
- 5-7 years experience in advanced analytics, combined with sufficient knowledge of products and client behaviour in a financial services environment.
- 5-7 years significant exposure to propensity, attrition, CRM and leads management, next-best action and segmentation models, as well as behavioural analysis.
- 5-7 years SAS and SQL extensive modelling (compulsory)
