Job Description
To manage all aspects of the assigned moderately complex Transaction Banking solutioning portfolio, overseeing multiple processes to meet performance indicators and revenue targets. This role involves negotiating change across the responsible area and other functions.
Essential Jobs:
- Localize and execute the solution set strategy for the assigned area (moderate complexity). Develop plans and set targets to achieve portfolio P&L, performance indicators, revenue, and client expectations, aligned with the overall solution strategy. Provide local market insights and input into the strategy.
- Research and analyze the client base and market, contributing to the solution value proposition. Build relationships with regulatory bodies and engage in market advocacy to identify new opportunities and influence policies.
- Monitor solution utilization against performance indicators to identify areas for improvement that will enhance return on investment.
- Contribute to budgeting, monitor expenses, and validate investment cases, priorities, and decisions.
- Drive the design and development of solutions, including assembling teams to configure, adapt, and test solutions, and communicate results locally.
- Act as a solution expert, bridging technical expertise to maximize revenues, ensure client satisfaction, and meet regulatory and system requirements.
- Manage internal and external awareness, training, and communication of solution updates, enhancements, and market trends to client-facing teams to improve solutioning capabilities.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Experience Required: Trade Finance experience required
Solutioning: Transaction Banking, 5-7 years
Advanced understanding of Transaction Banking, with broad operational and functional skills, and a growing understanding of the overall CIB business and the competitive environment. Typically associated with a Degree and 6-8 years of related experience.
Additional requirements include articulating the Transaction Banking value proposition, understanding macro landscape and market trends, integrating ESG imperatives, and collaborating across teams to enhance client experience.
