QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

  1. Grade 12 (Required).
  2. GCC Certificate Opencast and Underground Mines (Required).
  3. National Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Required).

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Five (5) Years Management Experience (Required).
  2. Seven (7) Years Section Engineer Experience in a Mining or Heavy Engineering Industry (Required).
  3. Valid Code B Driving License (Required).

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  1. Behavioural Competencies: Business Acumen Skills, Leadership Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Change Leadership Skills and Results Driven.
  2. System Skills: Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Planning, Electronic Document Management System, Design and Draughting Package, Learning Management System and Production Performance Management System.
  3. Legal Appointment: Section 3.1 A and Section 7.2.

  17. Comply with IMS standards.
  18. Plan, implement and monitor functional budget.
  19. Internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  20. Strategic people development.
  21. Drive people development.
  22. Functional performance management.
  23. Drive workforce planning.
