The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Update and maintain the asset type tree;
Plan and schedule maintenance tasks;
Coordinate the execution of the maintenance tasks;
Issue job cards to maintenance teams;
Capture job cards;
Ensure weekly maintenance KPI’s are achieved;
Manage outsourced maintenance;
Work closely with maintenance foreman and be part of root cause analysis process;
Work closely with the Pragma asset care engineer regarding assets, task changes;
Participate in the 20 keys improvement system;
The successful candidate ideally would meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 and Maintenance planning qualification with Pragma;
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant maintenance planning and scheduling experience with Pragma in a production environment;
Valid driver’s license;
Good planning and reporting skills;
Good understanding of the company’s quality systems, risk management and continuous business improvement rules at all times;
Assertive, self-motivated with strong supervisory skills;
A high level of personal and professional integrity;
