Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work.
Track and update work orders, help desk calls, and SLA commitments.
Ensure tools, materials, and labour resources are available before work begins.
Maintain accurate maintenance data, asset histories, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Engage with clients to communicate planned work and minimise service disruptions.
Skills and Competencies Strong planning, scheduling, and time-management skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric).3–5 years' experience in maintenance planning in a technical/FM environment.
Experience with CMMS systems.
Valid Driver's Licence.
Technical trade or maintenance certification (advantageous).
