Previous high-end maintenance management experience is ESSENTIAL
Advanced electrical knowledge is a MUST!
A background in luxury safari lodges as a maintenance manager will be an advantage
A drivers license is essential
Must be a natural leader, able to fully manage and take charge of a team
Must have an excellent understanding of all aspects of lodge maintenance
Must be fully computer literate to an advanced level
Advanced vehicle and engine maintenance skills are essential
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must have an incredible eye for detail and inspection
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential
Must be self-motivated and have brilliant interpersonal skills
Must be positive, energetic, proactive
