Maintenance Manager R 12 000 – R 20 000 Garden Route

Beautiful Game Lodge in the Garden Route are in search of a Maintenance Manager with no less than 3 years experience in a similar roll to join their team. The successful candidate will be in charge of the overall maintenance of the lodge including:

Have good all-round experience with electricity, plumbing, tilling, electric geysers, gas geysers, landscaping, water pumps and irrigation system.
Knowledge of all kitchen equipment refrigeration, electric fryers, by marines, plate warmers,
Gas appliances
Ensure upkeep overall maintenance of lodge facilities, buildings, furniture, equipment, swimming pools, gardens and laundry equipment.
To have a preventative maintenance plan in place to ensure life span of all equipment
Manage all maintenance staff, make sure they are productive and all jobs and daily duties are carried out in a professional manner and is done correctly.
Must be willing to be on standby and working shifts
Action necessary discipline when needed
Responsible for monthly reports gas report, lights stock, maintenance meeting report to Farm manager.
Must have a drivers license and be of sober habits
