Candidates should have the suitable Millers qualification from SAGMA/GMF and at least 5 years experience in a wheat mill environment (a minimum of 2 years as Apprentice Miller). An understanding of laboratory work, testing and analysis is essential. A fumigation qualification is to your advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising milling activities, including Milling grains, extractions, quality, housekeeping and admin. This is a shift position; candidates must be willing and able to work shifts.
