We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will support our logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the smooth, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
Tasks Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
Process and manage orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
Track shipments and address delivery or scheduling issues.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
Support the Logistics Manager with daily administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements Requirements Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (a diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage).1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or procurement.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
