Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at our client in Fourways, Cedar. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality standards, overseeing food and beverage operations, and managing the culinary team. Stock control, staff management of around 30, inventory and so forth.
Qualifications
Food Preparation and Cooking skills
Experience in Food & Beverage operations
Knowledge of Food Quality standards
Skills in Culinary Management
Restaurant Management experience
Back of house experience
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
