Join our team of passionate and dedicated professionals! Scope of the role: We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter (Sourcer) to join our growing team and play a vital role in building our candidate pipelines.

As a sourcer, you'll be the first touchpoint for top talent, using your sourcing superpowers to identify and attract the best and brightest.

Duties & Responsibilities: Utilize various search methods (think top job boards and social media platforms) to build robust candidate pipelines aligned with client needs.

Become a resume detective – screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.

Stay ahead of the curve – keep yourself updated on the latest recruiting trends and best practices to ensure we're attracting the best talent.

Keep candidates engaged – provide timely updates on job postings and nurture relationships to build a strong talent pool.

Collaborate effectively – communicate with clients, senior recruiters, and the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

​​​​​ Requirements: 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on sourcing.

A proven track record of success in identifying and attracting top talent, with a global perspective a plus.

Familiarity with a CRM system (Hub Spot a bonus!).

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to connect with candidates and clients effectively.

The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate seamlessly with a dynamic team.

Top-notch organization and time management skills – you juggle multiple tasks with ease! Confidence in making independent decisions.

Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.

Proficiency in Google Suite – because efficiency is key! A deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.

A curious mind with a passion for exploring various sourcing avenues.

Please note: This is a remote position based in South Africa.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a requirement.
