As a Junior Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting our Post-Investment Management (PIM) team , ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and data integrity across our portfolio companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in impact investing while working alongside industry experts.
What You’ll Do
Investee Monitoring & Compliance (50%)
- Support the Investee Compliance Officer (ICO) function by managing monthly board reporting.
- Track and analyze PIM data trends across funds, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with compliance checks and follow-ups on ICO-related queries.
- Maintain and organize critical documents on Share Point.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and assist in preparing PIM reports.
- Support impact measurement by managing job and impact-related data.
- Help streamline reporting processes and improve data consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Commence in Accounting or Actuarial science.
- Recently qualified CA(SA) or completion of articles.
- 1–3 years experience in a similar role, internship, or financial environment (Keen interest in Venture Capital / Impact investment environment!).
