We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts & Administration Clerk to assist with the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, organised, and able to support the finance and admin teams in maintaining efficient internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support
Capture and process invoices, receipts, and payments. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Prepare supporting documentation for month-end processes. Support with creditor and debtor reconciliations.
Administration
Provide general office and administrative support. Manage filing systems and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with HR administration (leave records, onboarding files, etc.). Answer phone calls and handle general correspondence. Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments as required.

Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) required. Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business Administration preferred.1–3 years’ experience in an accounting or admin support role. Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Working knowledge of Pastel / Sage / Quick Books or similar accounting software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organisational skills.
