Our client is seeking a candidate that has a minimum of 15 years’ experience in a highly unionised environment.
Extensive bargaining council and CCMA experience essential.
Ideally this appointment will lead as a future successor to the HR Manager position, hence the additional requirement for deep generalist HR experience.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR/ Social Science/Commerce Minimum Experience and Skills Min 15 years’ experience in Labour Relations matters in unionised environments.
Deep understanding of the dynamics of the SA Labour Relations environment and legislation.
Strong leadership and negotiating skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to find and apply creative solutions to complex labour issues.
Experience with engaging at senior levels of an organisation Ability to function as an effective team member as well as to build and sustain teams.
