Job Responsibilities Procurement of new business for Company Private Clients by: - Networking and seeking out opportunities in the target market - Meeting or exceeding new business targets - Actively marketing a range of Investment solutions – both locally and offshore.
Active participation in suggesting new product ideas, cross-selling products & marketing all areas of Company Private Clients in close liaison with our Private Bankers & both external and internal stakeholders Building & maintaining relations with new and existing clients by - Conducting a needs analysis of the client and offering advice - Co-ordinating client portfolio management in close liaison with portfolio manager - Completing proposals for new clients in line with business methodology - Co-ordinating the resolution of client queries.
Ability to identify and close opportunities from potential clients with Lending/ Transactional Banking needs.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree Preferred Qualification Commercial degree/diploma e.g.
B.Comm/B.Sc Actuarial Science/Business Science, Certified Financial Planner, Regulatory FAIS Exams Essential Certifications FPI (Financial Planning Institute) membership FAIS Affected FAIS Affected - Yes Minimum Experience Level Minimum 5 years related experience in a Wealth Management/ Private Client environment is essential Essential Qualifications: Certified Financial Planner, Regulatory Financial Advisor and Intermediary Services Exams Type of Exposure Built a high-performance culture Built and maintained stakeholder relationships Delivered compliance risk management programmes and advice Designed Workforce Planning Solutions Developed and Implemented Communications Strategy Improved Processes and Culture Manage internal process Managed Transformation & Innovation Managed Governance Managed Process Results Managed Relationships Managed Self and Team Managed budget Supported Transformation, Change and continued Improvement Provided operational support for Governance, Compliance and risk based assurance Technical / Professional Knowledge Banking knowledge Banking procedures Business Acumen Business principles Business terms and definitions Business writing Communication Strategies Data analysis Governance, Risk and Controls Industry trends Microsoft Office Principles of financial management Principles of project management Relevant regulatory knowledge Relevant software and systems knowledge Research methodology Decision-making process Cluster Specific Operational Knowledge Behavioural Competencies Continuous Learning High-Impact Communication Managing Work Sales Disposition Sustaining Customer Satisfaction Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills Read More...
