We are looking for a highly motivated, diligent and enthusiastic admin person who will be able to manage the ISO 9001: 2015 system as well as Health and Safety requirements.Job Description:While this position is that of a general admin assistant, main functions of the position will be ISO 9001:2015 & Health and Safety related along with General office administration:Compiling, Typing and Distribution of ISO 9001:2015 documentation & Health and Safety documentationGeneral office adminFilingThis Job description is not limited to these functions only and candidate may be allocated other admin tasksQualifications and competencies:Senior CertificateMust be proficient in MS Word, MS ExcelA good understanding of ISO 9001: 2015 & OHS processes and procedures would be highly advantageousExcellent communication skillsOrganisational skillsMust be able to read, speak and write in EnglishMust be able work under pressure.
