An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-motivated, pro-active, professional and enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator within the ViZin GroupPty Ltd. This position, reporting to the Operations Manager and will require the successful candidate to effectively communicate and build relationships with team members at all levels (including stakeholders) to achieve the agreed department and company objectives. Job Responsibilities - Effectively, accurately and timeously coordinate the logistics for learning activities and events which may include but will not be limited to: The learning calendar; Internal or external venues; Learning material, tools and equipment; The accurate and timely submission of the companys annual training report (ATR) and workplace skills plan (WSP) to the MICTSETA; and The collation of data and maintenance of records for BBBEE reporting in line with the SETA codes. - Be responsible for the effective communication with all learning stakeholders, - Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers, - Provide support to the learning and development team members, - Act as a learning ambassador and advisor to team members by providing necessary information timeously, - Generate, track and maintain learning reports and records, - Assist with the design of communication and learning material, - Keep abreast of current learning design, methodology and trends, - Execute and deliver on ad-hoc duties and responsibilities, - Drive continuous improvement and self-development, - Compile reports which include all information required for management to monitor training performance against plan, gathered from the relevant records and documentation including attendance registers, assessment results, evaluation feedback and financial data. Qualifications and Experience Required - Matric is essential, a relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial, - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, - Knowledge of the Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment is ADVANTAGEOUS, - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Packages at an intermediate to advanced level is critical, - Experience in reporting is required, - Previous experience in submission of ATR/WSPs and knowledge of MICTSETA processes and requirements BENEFICIAL.
