Our client in the home loans industry is looking for a front desk officer to join their team. Responsibilities: - Ensure that there is always someone available to welcome and assist clients at the reception desk during business hours - Ensure all incoming calls are answered during business hours - Monitor/manage the reception rooms to ensure the ongoing availability for walk in clients and/or meetings with clients - Ensure no duplication of bookings for reception rooms - Ongoing liaison with Head Office Departments should they wish to book a reception room to meet with clients - Provide support and assistance to all walk in clients and that the appropriate response/solution to queries is offered - Where possible to provide first line resolution to the query/need. - In the unlikely event that the client could not be assisted up front, ensure that the right person is contacted immediately to come and meet with the client to address their issue - Ensure line manager is kept informed at all times should there be any reason that the service/duties in the reception area are unable to be met. - Provide ad-hoc admin support to the Help Desk Administration department - Provide regular and ongoing feedback to line manager. Provide reports when required.
