The successful candidate will be involved in representation, advocacy and negotiation, providing high level industrial advice to support the work of the Organising Team and one-on-one support for individual members.
The role requires industrial knowledge, an ability to demonstrate initiative and a strong desire to achieve outcomes for members.

Developing and advising on the organization’s Industrial Relations framework.
Build the capability of managers, coordinators and supervisors across client directorates with respect to their obligations and responsibilities as people managers.
Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to positively influence stakeholders and resolve conflict.
Solution orientated mind-set, with a practical and hands on approach.
Minimum Job Requirements : National Diploma in Labour Relations; (Degree in Labour Law/Labour Relations will be desirable) Minimum of 2 years’ Industrial Relations experience.
Sound working experience in this discipline.
You will have experience in managing disciplinary matters and grievances, performance management, conflict and change management.
You will need the ability to remain impartial, possess excellent written skills and build effective relationships, influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders. Read More...
