INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR (electronic/mechanical parts)Stellenbosch BasedAvailable ASAP
Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 3-4 years general administration experience in a stores environment manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge or experience of electronic and mechanical parts
  • Drivers license (EB)
  • Previous Syspro exposure (advantageous)

Responsibilities:
  • Managing stores / service desk queries
  • Receiving and dispatch of goods, checking quantities delivery notes.
  • GRN the invoice, match against SYSPRO
  • Processing of Material Requests (MRUs)
  • Filing (MRUs, Kit Issues etc.)
  • Managing all consumables and ensuring replenishment
  • Company vehicle management
  • Manage drivers daily routing schedule
  • Printing of Kit issues / Job Confirmations
  • Liaise / Assist with Quality / Finance / Purchasing department enquiries
  • General stores housekeeping
  • Ad hoc stores tasks
