Training Officer (insurance)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The training officer will report into the Training Manager. The training officer will be support to the training manger. To assist with the training and development of staff members.Manage the internal training of staff inclusive of the management feedback sessions with staff.Perform skills audits and develop annual training plans. With assistance of the Training ManagerManage skills gaps of employees and to critical talent by compiling practical skills development plans.Assist with the uploading of training material onto the company e-learning system.Conducting training and presenting training courses.
SKILLS & CRITERIA:
- A bachelors degree
- 1-2-years experience in training/ teaching - Preferable within the Insurance Industry.
- The following languages will be beneficial:
- Xhosa,Zulu,Afrikaans,Venda,Ndebele,Sepedi,Setswana,Southern Sesotho
- Computer Literate Microsoft Word and Excel, Windows 365
- Must be familiar with or workign within the Insurance industry.
