To manage and maintain the daily administration of the HR & Payroll functions to ensure overall employee well being
Full Payroll function on Pastel Payroll
Month-end statuatory payments
Payroll and HR Reporting
New employee contracts and on-boarding processes
HR Generalist functions
Ensure that complies with HR & Payroll legislative regulations and alignment with all company rules, regulations and policies.
Manage and maintain the performance management process to ensure effective integrated talent management.
Manage and maintain the skills and equity development strategy for continuous employee retention,improvement and growth
