Senior Project Administrator

The Project Management office handles all capital projects being executed at Stellenbosch University. Duties: - The Senior Project Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and updating the Facilities Management Project Management offices Project Management methodology, online reporting system and supporting processes. Job Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Project Administration and/or Office Management; - Proven prior experience of working in a similar role within a facility management, architectural or engineering project delivery environment; - Ability to demonstrate an understanding of project management principles and the ability to interpret and apply procedures and directives; - Previous experience of working with financial systems, reporting tools and the application of a budget tracking system; - A high level of numeracy, literacy, good written and verbal communication skills and the generation of high quality reporting; - An advanced knowledge of MS Tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project; - Experience in document management and filing; - Excellent planning, organisational, negotiation and multi-tasking skills and time-keeping.
