We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology team at Lexdan Select. The successful candidate will be responsible for the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems while also supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT System Management: Ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems including defining and developing policies and procedures to support them.
• Backup and Recovery: Help develop, implement, and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and system availability.
• Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the technology team ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior/management technology role preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
