This opportunity is ideal for a candidate looking to gain practical exposure in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support to internal users
Assist with system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
Support network, hardware, and software management
Help maintain IT documentation and system records
Assist with data capturing, reporting, and system audits
Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives
Work closely with operations to resolve system-related issues Minimum Requirements Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
Exposure to troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Strong willingness to learn and grow within IT Key Skills Technical support
