POSITION: Invoicing / Admin Clerk LOCATION: Durbanville North, Western Cape Our client, a leading fruit exporter situated in Durbanville, has an exciting position available for an Invoicing / Admin Clerk.

If you have strong planning skills, can multitask effectively, and thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy, this role might be a great fit for you.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing and generating pro-forma invoices.

Checking the data input to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the invoice.

Capture tariffs on Pal track.

Perform general administrative tasks.

Manage and record the distribution/collection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Check and submit clocking reports of wage and salaried staff to Payroll.

Ensure proper housekeeping in the operational space.

Receptionist relief duties.

Other tasks as contained in the job description.


5 years’ experience in a similar and/or administrative position.

A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.

Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel & Outlook).

Attention to detail - high level of accuracy.

Deadline driven.

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
