Duties & Responsibilities Full-time hybrid role for an Actuarial Recruiter at People Solved. The Actuarial Recruiter will be responsible for daily tasks related to recruiting actuarial professionals. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Actuarial Recruiter will be based in Tyger Valley, with the flexibility to work remotely. Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Knowledge of the actuarial profession and its specific skill sets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. Organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. Experience in the Actuarial or insurance industry is a plus. Compensation: Undisclosed commission based.
