We are a rapidly growing Ed Tech startup, which is why we are now looking for a motivated Instructional Designer to join our team. What you’ll do Conduct market research and identify the needs of our target audience Work together with our instructors on designing educational programs (course ideas, concepts, formats and assignments)Assign tasks to the team of designers, content managers, community managers and make sure everything goes smoothly Oversee the process of the course production from the very first lesson till the moment of sending certificates to our students Review materials provided by the instructor Prepare recommendations on the format of conducting online classes and educational materials delivery Introduce new methods and approaches to conducting online classes Analyze course effectiveness metrics – success rate, students’ satisfaction and engagement Develop plans for improving courses based on the students’ feedback and analytics Our ideal candidateyou are fluent in English (both verbal and written communication)you are able to build win-win relationships with peopleyou have strong critical thinking and analytical skillsyou are passionate about learning and always look for a better way to do thingsyou have strong research skillsyou easily come up with new ideas to improve the quality of our productsyou are ready to manage different projects simultaneouslyyou know how to make complex ideas easy and clear for everyoneyou can turn chunks of information into a structured system to increase learning retention Will be a pluswork experience in online education, study / life experience in the USAWorking at |elvtr| isn't just a job, it's a full-time learning opportunity.
