Fully remote, for applicants living in SA
R30 000 per month, plus benefits and commission
Duration: Independent Contractor

We are looking for a remote-based sales representative who is required to drive new business, manage leads, and close deals. This role is designed for motivated individuals with a passion for sales, client success, and business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in B2 B sales, preferably within Saa S or tech-related industries and have great proficiency in CRM systems, specifically monday.com


Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in B2 B sales or account management, preferably within Saa S or tech-related industries.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with clients.
Experience conducting sales demos and presentations.
Familiarity with CRM systems (monday.com experience is a plus).
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with business automation tools (Zapier, monday.com) is advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach. Manage inbound leads and a provided database.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct presentations to showcase services that address client pain points.
Client Needs Assessment: Craft tailored solutions with team support using tools like monday.com.
Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts to close deals.
Pipeline Management: Track leads using monday.com CRM to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaboration: Work with the Implementation and Customer Success teams for seamless client onboarding.
Post-Sale Engagement: Follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
