Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Communicate client feedback and requirements internally to relevant stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and facilitate smooth transitions.
Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to ensure retention and growth.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during client engagements.
Requirements: Client liaison or client-facing experience (preferably 1 year).
Proven experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptable and flexible to accommodate varying client needs.
Understanding of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.
