Industrial Engineering - Key Sales Account Manager
Matric certificate
Engineering Diploma or Degree either in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Mechatronics OR Other OR Sales diploma etc.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have Engineering Sales Representative working experience a advantage but not essential.
Key Sales Account Manager with focus on sales.
Must have experience in doing presentations for the Customer on products requested.
Must also be interested in getting Tenders for this company.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in managing customer relationship and expectations.
Respond to generated inquiries and leads.
Prepare and complete quotes timeously.
Prioritize quotes to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Provide product information, address customer queries, and guide them through the sales process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
Provide regular updates on progress as well as challenges.
Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Communicate feedback to relevant teams for continuous product or service enhancement.
Travel to various sites to meet with clients and gather information to compile quotes

Salary Market related full cost to company per month depending on years of experience in this position and skills set.
