Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and optimize production processes and workflows
2. Design and implement lean manufacturing principles
3. Conduct time and motion studies
4. Develop and maintain performance metrics and benchmarks
5. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
7. Develop and maintain process documentation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and project management skills
5. Proficient in CAD software and process simulation tools
6. Six Sigma certification (preferable)
