We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Recruiter to join our agency on a fully remote, commission-only basis.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, has strong recruitment or sales experience, and is driven by results.
You will be responsible for developing client relationships, sourcing candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle — all while working from the comfort of your home.
Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in recruitment, business development, or B2 B sales (essential).
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
Proficient in using Linked In, job boards, database systems, and Microsoft Teams/Google Meet/Zoom.
The suitable candidate should have the following: Reliable computer or laptop — fast enough to handle multiple programs, video calls, and data management tools.
High-speed internet connection — ideally with backup options (e.g., mobile hotspot) to prevent downtime.
Working Hours: The position requires weekly check-in meetings via Microsoft Teams with the Management Consultant to ensure progress tracking, collaboration, and performance support.
