In this role, you will be at the heart of our customer operations, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You will maintain master data and create new customer records
You will gladly assist our customers with incoming calls or complaints
Your responsibilities also include order follow-up and file management
Preparation of Intrastat declarations Qualifications You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or office clerk (m/f/d)
Good English skills and experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
