Establish HR policies, systems, and scalable frameworks across multiple sites
Ensure legal compliance (BCEA, LRA, EE, SDA); represent company at CCMA
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for 50+ staff
Advise executives on HR strategy, succession planning, and retention
Draft contracts and manage disciplinary and grievance processes
Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns
Coordinate payroll with external providers and maintain accurate HR records
Requirements
Degree in HR, Labour Law, or related field
5+ years experience as an HR Generalist / Manager (start-up or multi-site preferred)
Strong labour relations and CCMA experience
Proven ability to work independently and set up HR systems from scratch
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Potential to relocate to Cape Town in months and travel to other sites as needed
