Key Responsibilities Support the senior management team in daily operational tasks Ensure excellent guest experiences from arrival to departure Assist with supervising FOH teams (waiters, hosts, bar, etc.)Handle guest queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally Maintain service standards and help drive team performance Assist with staff training, rostering, and communication Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and overall guest satisfaction Contribute to smooth opening/closing procedures Requirements1–2 years hospitality experience (supervisor or similar role)Strong communication and people skills Passion for customer service and teamwork Ability to stay calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and professional Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when needed Bonus: Experience in restaurants, hotels, or fast-paced hospitality environments.
